Contact

Contact mode is one of the ways we deliver Spooky2 Rife frequencies at the clinic. Soft pads or hand-held cylinders rest on the skin so a mild electrical signal can carry selected frequencies into the body. People often look into contact sessions when they want support with local discomfort, tissue recovery, detox-oriented programs, or concerns they associate with infections.

What it feels like

Most people feel little at first, or only a light tingling. At lower frequencies you may notice a brief pulse when the pads first connect; it usually fades quickly. We adjust intensity so the sensation stays comfortable — clearly noticeable, but not painful. Pads go on clean skin at the wrists, ankles, or near the area we are focusing on. Hand cylinders are simply held, one in each hand.

When contact tends to suit

Contact is practical when we want frequencies to pass through a particular region, or when a longer, quieter session makes sense. It also pairs well with biofeedback scanning, where the same skin connection helps us find frequencies of interest. A visit may use contact on its own or combine it with plasma, PEMF, or another method from our Treatments pages, depending on your situation.

How a session works at the clinic

We start by talking through what brings you in and anything we should know about — implants, skin issues, medications, or recent medical care. Visits often begin with a short biofeedback scan. For contact work we then place adhesive pads or hand you cylinders, choose programs, and set a comfortable intensity.

You can sit or rest while the session runs. A full visit commonly takes a few hours; the contact portion is only part of that. If useful, we may switch to or add another delivery method in the same visit.

Pads and hand cylinders

Adhesive pads are useful for local focus and for longer contact time. A common whole-body setup is one pad on a wrist and one on the opposite ankle so the signal crosses the body; for a local concern we place pads on either side of that area. Stainless hand cylinders are a simple whole-body option — you hold one in each hand — and they are often used during scanning as well. We handle placement for you; you do not need to learn DIY pad maps before a visit.

What we pay attention to

Before and during contact sessions we follow a few practical rules. Please also read our FAQ if you have implants, are pregnant, or are unsure whether a visit is appropriate.

  • We do not place pads on the eyes, over the heart, or above the shoulders (head and neck).
  • We avoid open wounds, broken or heavily scarred skin, and areas where pads will not stick well.
  • We do not stick pads directly over joints such as elbows, knees, or ankles.
  • Pads should be dry; tell us if your skin is irritated or sensitive in the area.
